9:34:30 AM Chairman Vincent Called to Order. Present were Commissioners Vincent and Skinner and Commission Assistant Christina Thompson. Commissioner Murdock was excused to attend an emergency meeting with the 911 Board.
9:34:58 AM Chairman Vincent Approval of Claim to Purchase the Martel Low Rise Property
9:35:00 AM Finance Director Ed Blackman Purchase for the formal authorization for the issuance of a check to Stewart Title Company for the purchase of the Martel Low Rise building for $1.6 million dollars. A claims check for $1,584,148.31 that will be handed to Stewart Title at closing at which time the county becomes the owner of the building.
